now a days its a new trend in banking sector and other PSUs and government jobs ...to recruit employees, by asking them a draft...for examination fee...and interview....
plz see the calculation- one application for a job require- 500 rupees
no of posts- 1000 [quite attractive to unemployed youth]
no- of applicant- 2 lakhs to 5 lakhs
total money in bank account as drafts- 200000 multiply 500
what a good buisness????????
though this work can be done by a job consultant for one lakh rupees on an average. and everybody know that how much smart and intelligent and scientific skills...and mind like a great mathemetecian is required for such a job.
I request to all engineers and graduates to please not apply for these jobs...its kind of Exploitation and humiliation from banks and the government.
its against the nations development and only elites will get benifit out of it.....
